Mother Nature unleashed her fury on the Barrier Island of
Point Lookout NY in the form of Super Storm Sandy. While we were still cleaning up from that, we were slammed by A Nor'easter. Many of our neighbors were seriously affected by this natural disaster. Many businesses and private homes were devastated.
Our Point Lookout Community did what it does best. They came to the aid of their neighbors as evidenced by the clean up efforts of neighbors helping neighbors. Under the leadership of Matt Thompson, along with the Town Of Hempstead, and the Sanitation District, our Town slowly returned to normal. Our beach is being Prepared for the Summer season. The community remains strong and so do we at Meier Real Estate.
